If you are using an Apple computer, the best way to view the LTS Online Service is by using Safari or Firefox 2.0, both of which you can download for free.

You can also increase (or decrease) the text size on pages by selecting 'View' and then 'Text size' from the menus at the top of the page.

The PowerPoint viewer allows you to view PowerPoint presentations even if you do not have the full version of Microsoft Office on your computer. If you have a full version of PowerPoint you can save the presentations on to your computer.
Compressed files
Some files are compressed to make them quicker to download. They usually have the file extension .sit or .sea . On a Mac, files will probably be compressed using StuffIt. To decompress the file, you will need Stuffit Expander, available for a free 30-day trial.
You can can also get the files out of some zip files - ones with the file extension .sea or .exe - without running a separate program.
QuickTime Player
The QuickTime Player allows you to view all the major film formats. It is available to download free.
Macromedia Shockwave and Flash
For animated web applications (such as moving images and video clips) you will need to download Macromedia's Shockwave Player and Flash Player.
