The following resources have been created to help provide girls and their parents and carers with more information about the immunisation programme:
Information leaflet for girls in S2 (342 KB)
Information leaflet for girls in S5 and S6 (710 KB)
Q and A for girls in S5 and S6 (331 KB)
Q and A for parents and carers (674 KB)
You can download all of the above materials in Bengali, Cantonese, French, Lithuanian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Hindi and Urdu. If you require any of the above materials in another language or format please telephone your local NHS health board. If you need help to do this, you can contact the NHS helpline on 0800 22 44 88 (Textphone 18001 22 44 88).

A DVD is available to support any pre-immunisation talks, and the nurse who administers the vaccine in your school may show this DVD. The DVD, which lasts around six minutes, can also be used during parents' evenings and, if considered appropriate, to complement lessons.
A PowerPoint presentation based on the DVD is also available, and this can be adapted by teachers to suit local lessons.
It is important that the public information website for the campaign can be accessed by teaching staff and pupils. Although the website contains minimal sensitive content, it is possible that the website may be blocked by firewall content filtering systems. Can you please ensure that the Fight Cervical Cancer website is on your school's list of safe websites.
