Learnnewsdesk@LTS is an online news service in English and Gaelic for school pupils which provides a real-life context for curriculum topics, and helps to improve pupils' literacy by encouraging a daily reading habit.
With new articles and features in both languages every day, teachers will always be able to find good resources and inspiring classroom activities that engage their pupils.
Learnnewsdesk@LTS also invites pupils to express their opinions. It allows pupils to submit their own stories and comments in both languages, which can then be published online.
