Co-Create is a pioneering new initiative to bring arts education resources online for schools across Scotland through Glow. The project has been set up to explore Glow’s potential to support innovative approaches to learning and teaching through the arts.
Co-Create has the potential to enable artists, performers, writers and Scotland’s schools to work and learn together in new ways, developing practice and demonstrating the key role the arts and creativity play in supporting Curriculum for Excellence.

Through Co-Create, selected Scottish Arts Council funded arts organisations will be supported to deliver a number of ambitious demonstration projects which will trial new ways of learning and teaching.
Following a call for proposals, ten arts organisations have been selected to deliver projects in partnership with local authorities, teachers, learners and new media/technology companies throughout 2010. The successful organisations are:
Taigh Chearsabhagh Museum & Arts Centre
Visible Fictions Theatre Company
Each organisation has provided an outline of their art project for Glow.
Co-Create is funded through a partnership between Learning and Teaching Scotland and the Scottish Arts Council National Lottery Fund.
