Art and Design: Painting with Andrew Ratcliffe - Glasgow

This event encourages teachers to come and draw from the model and to learn skills and strategies to both advance their own work and to pass onto their students. It will help build confidence in the life-room and will stretch those who are more experienced.

This workshop will be led by Andrew Ratcliffe who is a graduate of Burnley and Canterbury Colleges of Art. He has exhibited extensively in the UK and abroad featuring several times in the John Moores, the National Portrait Gallery and the Irwin Gallery, Sydney, Australia. Andrew is also a professional musician who combines art projects with music and dance. His commissioned works are in the Royal Collection, National Portrait Gallery, House of Commons and private collections.
