Dr Jonathan Levie is a senior lecturer at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Strathclyde.
In this film, he discusses entrepreneurship in Scotland, including the concept of an entrepreneur and the qualities that individual entrepreneurs commonly possess.
Dr Levie also talks about why people want to set up their own businesses, and the shift in Scottish attutudes towards entrepreneurship, especially as more and more social enterprises are established.
He goes on to explain how education is giving people the skills and confidence to start their own businesses.
