Reflective practice

The movies and information in this section illustrate employer partnerships in Scottish schools. You can work though the activities independently or collaboratively. The activities include questions to enable you to reflect upon partnership and what this means for young people, teachers and employers.

Getting started

  1. Select one of the case studies below.
  2. Read the introductory text.
  3. Watch the movie and think about the questions.
  4. Use the notepad as a reflective tool to write down your ideas and thoughts, and see what others have written.

The CPD portfolio also has general activities to support educators and business people understand each other's roles in enterprise partnerships.
