This pack, published as part of the 'Early Education Support' series, has been developed to help all those working with children in the early stages of their development and learning.
It consists of:

designed to provide support, guidance and contexts for discussion.
They will enable staff to work independently and together, reflecting and sharing information about effective assessment and documentation of childrens learning experiences, particularly at the point of transition between the early years and primary sector.
