This policy framework provides details on how information and communications technologies can enhance and support the development and learning of children aged 3-5 years, providing them with a secure foundation on which they can build.
The framework will also inform the planning and delivery of professional development in relation to the potential uses of ICT, for all those involved in the implementation of early years services.
