Atomic Learning provide web-based software training through a series of tutorials on a wide variety of applications. This year they are offering BETT attendees the opportunity to access the workshops on their website free for a limited period of time.
The most recent workshops highlight blogging and podcasting, which may be of interest to those wanting to inform their colleagues of their experiences at BETT.
The blogging workshop starts of with the basics, looking at what a blog is and when the whole concept of blogging originated. It looks at the different types of blogs you can create and a step-by-step guide on how to set one up. Atomic Learning have used the tool Blogger for their examples.
In the Podcasting workshops, again they cover Mac and PC. They look ate creating podcasts with iLife which incorporates iTunes and Garageband and for the PC version they cover creating a podcast with Audacity.
