What is a registered CPD provider?
The national CPD team is continuing the work of the GTCS in maintaining a register of CPD providers to Scottish education.
Registered providers have:
- agreed to adhere to a set of principles
- undertaken a preliminary registration process involving the provision and checking of two references
- incorporated the features of effective CPD into their provision.
What are the benefits of becoming a registered CPD provider?
There are numerous benefits of becoming an approved provider.
- Your organisation has the opportunity to promote your CPD opportunities to more than 80,000 educators in Scotland through the CPDFind database tool.
- You are entitled to use the National Register logo which can be used on all your promotional materials.
- The National Register is fully supported by the Scottish Government.
