| Focus: | Aims to encourage young people throughout the UK to explore what our shared values are - and should be. The awards recognise, reward and celebrate those who have made a commitment to good practice in values-based approaches to education for citizenship or personal and social education (PSE) in the context of the Human Rights Act. Submissions must demonstrate
- increased awareness of shared rights and responsibilities
- encouragement of discussion about the underlying values of education for citizenship, PSE and the Human Rights Act.
- whole school/organisation involvement
- promotion of engagement between young people and the local community.
