Introduction

SSA was introduced in 2005 as part of the Assessment is for Learning programme. Since then, SSA has surveyed:

  • English language (2005)

  • Social subjects (enquiry skills) (2006), and

  • Science, science literacy and core skills (2007).

 

The 2008 SSA of Mathematics and Core Skills

The 2008 survey will focus on mathematics and core skills. Information is now available for participating schools.
