Assessment is for Learning

The Scottish Survey of Achievement (SSA) aims to find out how well pupils are learning in primary schools and the first two years of secondary schooling in Scotland.  It is the approach used by the Scottish Government to monitor performance nationally at these stages of pupils’ education.
