Getting the best from meetings 1

If you have looked at the chunk on Keeping Records, you will have noticed that there is a form for you to record what happens at your meetings–you can put down the date, who attends and what is said. Completing that form is enough if you want to keep things simple.

However, if you would like to conduct your meetings in a more professional way, there are two things you can do:

  1. Have office bearers – a Chairperson, a Secretary and Treasurer.
  2. Use agendas and minutes to record what happens at your meetings.
