Using text highlighting

In order to make changes to your text you have to select what it is you want to change. You will have already used this technique when you were entering text and using the Delete key.

Sometimes you might want to make changes, not only to a letter, but to a word, a phrase or a paragraph. To do this you have to select and highlight the parts you want to change.

You must highlight all the text that you want to change before setting the word processor the task.
