Printing

If you want to print your whole document the easiest method is to use the Print icon.

But like most other packages, when printing from Word it is often better to check your output first by choosing the Print Preview option.

This shows how your print out will look before actually printing it, you can then confirm there are no errors before you send it to the printer for real. This saves wasting paper.
