There has been a great rise in Communication packages available on the market today, especially with the rise in popularity of the Internet and email.

Most of the modern web browsers have search engines that you can use for research and access to email and chat facilities.

Communications Exercise

Communications software can be used to access the Internet. For this task you will get information from a web page by connecting to the Internet and entering the web address.

In computer speak the web address is known as Uniform Resource Locator or URL - it is best that you remember this although it is a bit of a mouthful.
