Antisectarian

£100k anti-sectarian fund

Following the first Summit on Sectarianism in February 2005, a £100K fund was established to develop anti-sectarian practice and collaborations. 22 different Education Authorities across Scotland applied and money was awarded to each authority which applied. The money is currently funding projects involving twining, drama work, sharing and celebrating a variety of religious festivals, games and outdoor education.  Examples of good practice from this fund will be featured in the Good Practice section.
