This publication has information about the constitution of Learning and Teaching Scotland including information on the regulations, functions and financial responsibilities associated with LTS.

Management Statement and Financial Memorandum

This Management Statement and its associated Financial Memorandum were drawn up by the Scottish Government (formerly the Scottish Executive) Education Department in consultation with Learning and Teaching Scotland.

Together they set out the rules and guidelines relevant to the exercise of Learning and Teaching Scotland’s functions, duties and powers; the conditions under which any public funds are paid to LTS and how LTS is to be held to account for its performance.
