LTS has four programmes of work. All the work that LTS undertakes is organised under these four programmes, each of which has a particular focus.
The programmes provide a leadership and management structure and make connections between LTS projects with complementary aims and objectives. The programmes can also pull in staff from across the different directorates in LTS to form cross-cutting teams of specialists who work together on one programme or project.
