Learning and Teaching Scotland Online Service survey
Help us improve the LTS Online Service and you could win an iPod Nano
We would like to learn more about how you use our websites and what improvements you think we could make.
The survey should only take you 5-10 minutes to complete. If you leave your name and email address after answering all the questions, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two 4GB iPod Nanos.

Your responses will be held securely on our electronic systems and will be used only for the purpose of improving our online services. Any personal information you provide will be held and processed by Learning and Teaching Scotland in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
About the prize draw
Where multiple entries are received from an individual, only one of those entries will be entered into the prize draw. Learning and Teaching Scotland employees (including those holding seconded posts) are not eligible for the prize draw.
The draw will take place on 27 January 2009 and will be drawn by Learning and Teaching Scotland.
For the purposes of managing the prize draw, Learning and Teaching Scotland reserves the right to publish the winners' names on the LTS website.
