Corporate Services Directorate

The Corporate Services Directorate provides support to LTS in proactively positioning the organisation to embrace best value and continuous improvement and to ensure that all staff are equipped to deliver LTS's programmes of work.

Alistair is responsible operationally for the corporate services of LTS, which include business support in the areas of finance, human resources and organisational development, communications and performance.
