The Scottish Government’s National Performance Framework is at the heart of LTS's strategic and business planning process.
Through this, the organisation will move towards using an outcome based planning and performance approach.

The annual business plan shows how we intend to deliver against the strategic objectives agreed with the LTS Board and CMT. The detail includes how our priorities will be implemented through our programmes of work and our directorates.
