Procurement and standards

As a Non-Departmental Public Body, LTS is required to adhere to strict Procurement Policy. This policy is quite specific and is designed to ensure that LTS achieves optimum value for money (VFM) through the use of open competition. The key elements of the policy reflect essential values, ie to act with integrity and honesty, to pursue value for money, and to encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
