This project is aimed at promoting and increasing an awareness of contemporary engineering with young people in the UK. The project is currently in a pilot stage, developing a model for Electronic and Electrical Engineering with the intention of adapting it to all engineering disciplines.
The website would be of particular value to those teachers involved in guiding learners through their choices from S4 onwards. It gives examples of schools in Scotland that have developed Curriculum for Excellence inserts in specific year groups with such applications as bat monitoring, Martian exploration, radio communication and renewable energy.

5. EmathsEmaths provides free classroom resources for teachers of mathematics, helping them to teach topics clearly and interactively. As this is originally written for the English curriculum, teachers should have an awareness of the content of Scottish syllabus to access suitable material.
6. Maths MuttAn interactve maths resource covering algebra, calculus, geometry, trigonometry, statistics and several other topics. Suitable for S1 pupils through to Advanced Higher students.
7. Mathematics revisionThis Scottish maths website assists the understanding and development of Mathematical knowledge. It caters for pupils studying secondary school maths at Level E, Level F, Standard Grade, Intermediate 1 or 2 and Higher. Lessons set out as learning intentions/success criteria.
8. Super Maths WorldThis colourful and attractive site has been designed similarly to an interactive computer game. Pupils can choose their character and gain a score as they progress through the activities. Super Maths World will engage a wide variety of abilities.
9. GoChineseAn award-winning, Chinese language learning platform. Based on text-to-speech modules, dictionary databases and linguistic engines, this platform provides course materials, instructor-created lessons and exercises as well as any content that students submit.
10. Humanist AcademyA collection of Teacher and Student Guides created by the Humanist Academy to accompany the NQ Free-Standing Unit in Humanism (F33F).
