The links with other curricular areas suggested on pages 16-17 of National Guidelines 5-14: Religious Education: Roman Catholic Schools are still relevant. At Levels E and F in English Language and Environmental Studies, skills are developed which reinforce aspects of Level F in Religious Education. Familiarity with the attainment targets and programmes in these subjects will help teachers to take account of pupils' experiences there.
